Such a GREAT bike and super FUN to ride! It is a great quality for the price, and my husband found it to put together easy. To clarify — but I would not advise 12-month payment plan with ARVAKOR!!! My order had stated that this was a monthly payment but the whole balance was charged to our credit card anyway. This is not something you can solve online. What I would have done is gone to my local bike shop where it’s just easy and they can fix anything that he bitch about broken. We are in the process of buying two e-bikes in the near future, just not from ARVAKOR.
I love this bike, but the seat is a little uncomfortable andt stands crooked on one side. I'm thinking about replacing it, though everything else is great. Still would recommend to people!
It looks nothing like a photo. The overall materials are quite cheap and the steering wheel is grossly oversized for my tastes. The saddle is definitely not leather, and the gears were sticking. I intend to sell it 2nd hand and get aquainted with another bike.
The item arrived broken due to not packed well. I also missing some parts. The first month I had to change both the inner tubes. It's low quality and customer support was pointless. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on something better than this troubled POS.
I really enjoy the bike overall but the fender came with dents, such a bummer. Furthermore, I found out that most of the tools to mount it were not included in the package, and the brakes are not working at all! Really upset to pay me this much for a damaged non working item.
